An overview of our jurisdiction and workload of the Guardianship Division of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), its inter-relationship with the Supreme Court, a brief summary of practices and procedures through the prism of an application to review an enduring power of attorney, and  a summary of current proposals for reform of the jurisdiction.
