Member Support

Many practitioners encounter difficult issues in the course of their practice, such as ethical issues or challenges posed by particular client engagements, that have the potential to become overwhelming or pose a risk to their health or wellbeing.  In the larger firm environment, assistance is usually available to discuss these issues.  We recognise, though, that not all practitioners have access to a “listening ear”, possibly because they are in sole practice, or because they feel unable to approach their close colleagues to talk through a particular issue that is starting to pose a concern.

If you are encountering a difficulty in your practice that you feel unable to raise within your firm, and would like to speak to a senior practitioner on a confidential basis, possibly in another state, ask to be put in touch with someone from the Member Support panel.   We have a number of senior practitioners available to speak with you.
