We are looking for a number of team members with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

CGW is seeking admitted lawyers with a range of experience (as a lawyer, accountant or related field) who are talented in their chosen area of specialty but understand the broader issues encountered on private client matters and have or are keen to develop broader knowledge in this space.

You will be proactive, with good attention to detail, be an excellent drafter, have great commercial acumen and client service ethic and be a team player.

Our private client group specialises in superannuation, succession, estate planning, commercial transactions, structuring, trusts, tax, commercial documents, review and amendments for trusts, general advice, drafting key transaction documents, due diligence investigations, constitutions and stakeholder agreements and a range of other services.

You will receive unparalleled training and work with some of the best practitioners in their fields as well as being integral to the team’s business development and business planning efforts.

Individuals who have had a career in related areas such as accounting, financial planning and moved to law or are in the process of completing law can be very suited to a private client role due to their life experience and we are interested to receive applications from you. We would also be interested in speaking with lawyers with the appropriate skills and experience outside of Brisbane who may be interested in working virtually.
